  • Partner with the team, HR business partners and business leaders to create job descriptions, minimum qualifications, skills and competency profiles for each job at Clarivate

  • Oversee the operational processes, data quality, compliance and ongoing maintenance of the Clarivate job architecture

  • Ensure appropriate and consistent job and level usage across the company

  • Work with HR compliance and Employment Practices to confirm appropriate job classifications, requirements and polices are being met

  • Work with HR Technology on job structure design, business processes and maintenance in Workday

  • Prepare detailed analysis and reporting used for evaluation, benchmark comparisons, data quality and compliance.

  • Regularly provide support in compensation projects as assigned, engaging across HR teams to execute projects and tasks.

The global compensation team is comprised of 7 team members spanning the US, UK and India We are currently working on exciting projects, including job and pay structure alignment and enhancing our job management across the globe.
