The Position
As the Senior Specialist Equity and Compensation Analyst, responsible for the administration of the Long-Term Incentive ("LTI") program, you will play a key role in the exceptional delivery of our Company's Total Rewards program to employees. Reporting to the Director, Equity Compensation, this role is essential to the sustainability and success of our total rewards programs. Strong collaboration is also required with other teams in HR, Finance, Legal, and our external suppliers.
You will also provide analytics and project support in the design, implementation and administration of our compensation strategy and programs that are aligned with our Total Rewards vision.
Our organization requires compensation team members, who thrive in a dynamic, evolving business environment. To be successful, you must be adaptable and flexible to adjust strategies based on changing market trends and organizational needs. You have a unique opportunity to act both as a member of the Equity and Compensation team and foster building strong relationships with Global and Regional Compensation Business Partners to address their needs.
You must be able to navigate ambiguity and be adept at understanding the connections between global and regional priorities.
The selected candidates must be local to either our Jersey City or Plymouth Meeting, PA office as they'll be expected to come in once a week.
Responsibilities
- Managing the day-to-day administration of our global equity plans including preparing and processing equity award activity in partnership with external record-keeper, including grants of restricted stock units (RSUs), performance stock units (PSUs) and stock option awards, vesting of shares, and award exercises.
- Reconciling records between equity administration, HR, Payroll and prepare recurring and custom reports to support monthly financial close process.
- Providing analytics and project support in the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs in accordance with the compensation strategy and philosophy of Organon and our Total Rewards vision.
- Conducting internal and external market research, analyze competitive position, and market trends, and make recommendations for pay programs.
Required Education, Experience and Skills
- Bachelor's degree, or in lieu of degree, relevant years of experience; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 3- 5 years' of work experience in HR, compensation, minimum two years' experience in Equity Administration in a public company.
- Experience with Shareworks platform and Workday HR system is preferred
