We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Senior Financial Analyst to become a vital part of our dynamic team.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Oversee and manage the general ledger.
  • Conduct thorough month-end closing processes.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements.
  • Assist in budget and forecast preparation.
  • Analyze financial reports for discrepancies and variances.
  • Perform variance analyses and prepare account reconciliations.
  • Support internal and external auditing processes.
  • Ensure adherence to GAAP principles.
  • Collaborate with other finance team members to enhance financial procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or other relevant certification is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a Senior Accountant or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Hands-on experience with Enterprise Accounting Software or ERP Systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and utilizing financial functions).
  • Familiarity with financial accounting statements.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Integrity, with the ability to manage confidential information.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in executing and overseeing month-end closing processes.
