We are part of the Lithia Motors family. The fourth largest auto dealership group in the country with over 350 stores. Lithia is about providing customers with an honest, simpler buying experience, all the while working in a positive team environment.
Responsibilities:
The Customer Relations Representative is responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction at our stores by assisting management with customer focused programs. This individual works closely with the management team to ensure they are aware of their satisfaction scores and what they can do to improve them. The Customer Relations Representative also makes certain that customer service related manufacturer requirements are met.
- Lead CR process management at assigned store(s), by observing, installing, and training approved CR processes.
- Develop continuous improvement plans for assigned store(s), by documenting observations and conducting meetings with management.
- Be able to explain, score, and calculate manufacturer survey data.
- Maintain a working knowledge of the Customer Service Center and Performance Dashboard.
- Bill out and complete the wholesale
- Review and manage Sales Staff Timekeeping
- Assist with Inventory manage
- Assist with Dealer Trades paperwork
- Used Vehicle purchases paperwork
- Sales Administrator plays a key administrative role in supporting the Sales Team
- Review of the Logs for sales and purchasing
- Manage sales schedules in dashboard/prep entries
- Places the order for business cards and name tags
- Prepare Sales Bonuses
- Coordinate vehicle keys, to ensure proper handling for drivers' pickups and drop-offs to maintain smooth Operations
- Supporting the sales desk managers to streamline on going issues
- Assisting the SGM
- Other duties as assigned
- Previous Customer Service or Administrative experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills.
