About the Role

The Customer Engagement Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with Tier 1 automotive customers and managing end-to-end customer programs. This role requires a customer-focused approach, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of automotive manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead customer-facing projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and internal processes.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, risk assessments, and resource allocations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful program execution and meet customer requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of program or project management experience in a Tier 1 automotive supply environment.

Estimated Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
