Job Description: Account Relationship Manager

- Well-established Texas-based staffing firm

- Specializes in: light industrial, warehouse, sanitation, manufacturing, construction, distribution, logistics 3PL, fulfillment centers, hospitality, and more

- Location: Houston, Texas

Job Summary:

- Seeking motivated and experienced Account Relationship Managers

- Join dynamic team to drive business growth

- Crucial role in nurturing existing client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, ensuring exceptional service delivery

- Proven track record in staffing sales, excellent communication skills, thrives in fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

- Prospect for and develop new business relationships with potential clients

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients for satisfaction and repeat business

- Identify and evaluate client staffing needs, match with available resources

- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals to potential clients

- Negotiate contract terms, pricing for favorable outcomes

- Collaborate with internal team for effective service delivery

- Attend networking, industry events to develop leads

- Meet/exceed weekly, monthly, annual sales targets

Qualifications:

- Proven success in staffing sales (3-5 years experience)

- Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills

- Independent/team player, strong organizational, time management skills

- Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office

- Deep understanding of staffing industry, market trends

- Consultative selling approach, builds strong client relationships

- Strong presentation, proposal writing skills

- Results-driven, exceeds sales targets mindset

- Valid driver's license, willingness to travel as needed
