Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated and experienced Account Relationship Managers to join our dynamic team. As a key player in driving business growth, you will nurture existing client accounts, identify new business opportunities, and ensure exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in staffing sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

- Prospect for and develop new business relationships with potential clients.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

- Identify and evaluate client staffing needs and match them with available resources.

- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.

- Negotiate contract terms and pricing to achieve favorable outcomes for both parties.

- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure effective service delivery.

- Attend networking and industry events to develop new business leads.

- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets.


Qualifications:

- Proven success in staffing sales with 3-5 years of experience.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office.

- Deep understanding of the staffing industry and current market trends.

- Consultative selling approach with a strong ability to build client relationships.

- Strong presentation and proposal writing skills.

- Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets.

- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
