Collaborating across teams to better focus client-facing efforts, taking the initiative to identify issues and find solutions. Building deep and ongoing relationships with key decision-makers including Operations Managers, Business Owners, and Ecommerce leads. Building and delivering compelling demonstrations, presentations, and pitches Possessing a consultative approach: understanding both clients' and potential clients’ needs and pains, and how to help them in the best way possible with our offering. 5+ years of experience with a mixed background in client-facing Sales and Operational roles. Passionate about learning and exceeding clients' expectations in a fast-paced environment ️ Solutions-oriented, always look for innovative ways to make things work rather than reasons why something won’t work.
