The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of B2B event strategies, strong project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across various teams. Key Responsibilities: Event Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive event strategy aligned with Neudesic’s business goals. Plan and manage all aspects of national B2B events, including conferences, trade shows, webinars, and other industry events. ROI: Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring all events are delivered within financial constraints while maximizing return on investment. Vendor Management: Select, negotiate, and manage relationships with event vendors, including venues, catering, audio-visual services, and other suppliers. Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns to drive event attendance and engagement. Utilize digital marketing, social media, email marketing, inside sales and other tactics to maximize reach. Logistics Coordination: Oversee all logistical aspects of events, including registration, travel arrangements, accommodation, and on-site event management. Ensure all events run smoothly and efficiently. Content Development: Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop compelling event content, including keynote presentations, panel discussions, workshops, and breakout sessions. Post-Event Analysis: Conduct post-event evaluations to measure success and identify areas for improvement. Provide detailed reports on event outcomes, including attendee feedback, lead generation, and overall ROI. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, and innovation teams to ensure event alignment with company objectives and to maximize lead generation and business development opportunities.
