Spearhead the design process, from conceptualization to execution. Ensure brand assets align with clients' goals, industry, niches, and best practices. Project manage the brand asset development process from beginning to end within an 8-week timeframe - including compliance submission and approval. Function as a liaison between the freelance designers and copywriters, website vendors, internal Transition teams, and advisors during the brand development. Required Skills, Education, and Experience

3 years of professional experience with branding and/or marketing. Proven track record with a robust portfolio showcasing a diverse range of successful projects. Minimum required: High School Diploma or GED and additional marketing experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills.

Preferences

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, website design, marketing, communication, or a related field preferred. General understanding of SEO, responsive design principles and user experience (UX), and web technologies including HTML, CCS, and relevant frameworks. Experience in the financial services industry. Basic to moderate graphic design skills (i.e. Canva, Adobe Suite).
