About the Job MIH is seeking an outstanding individual to fill our Financial Analyst role. The successful applicant will be a proven financial professional capable of working closely with management to conduct financial and operational analysis, analyze business expenses, and execute reporting requirements.

What you’ll be doing: Analyze expenditures to suggest cost-efficient solutions to improve profitability. Review and analyze financial records, the general ledger, project reports, and financial statements. Assist in the preparation of budgets, corporate presentations, and operational reporting. Research market rates for business costs to help determine competitive pricing. Establish preferred vendor pricing and assist with vendor contracting. Collaborate with management to control and scrutinize costs to improve profitability. Create various ad-hoc analysis as requested by leaders & departments. Collect and leverage existing internal and external data stored across disparate systems and structures.

Ideal Candidates At least 3-years of experience in accounting, finance, or similar role. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred. Strong understanding of business accounting, cost accounting, and financial management. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel. Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and proven organizational skills. Basic knowledge of common accounting software. Good communication skills.
