REQUIRED SKILLS and demonstrated experience the candidate shall have the following required skills, certifications and demonstrated experience:
Demonstrated experience in adult learning and classroom instructions
Demonstrated experience with managing training priorities, programs, and issues in order to adapt training programs to reflect changes in structure, regulations, or processes
Demonstrated experience with varied training schedules and the ability to be adaptable and flexible when it comes to the timing
Demonstrated experience working with back-end computer developer team
Demonstrated experience managing group processes and eliciting student participation
Demonstrated experience applying structured analysis methods to various types of data to establish trends, determine variability, and diagnose the effect on training curricula
Bachelor's degree in subject-matter field relevant to the Sponsor or advanced degree in education-related field
Demonstrated experience with project management concepts and principles
Highly DESIRED SKILLS and demonstrated experience other skills and demonstrated experiences that are highly desired but not mandatory to perform the work, include:
Demonstrated experience with SQL/ICQL programming
Demonstrated experience with Boolean Logic and other computer programming
Demonstrated experience with oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Demonstrated experience working independently
Certifications: SharePoint Administrator & SharePoint Application Developer
