Follow documented work instructions through the case process, including resolving invoice queries, produce credits and escalating when required. Follow up on marketing campaigns to maximize sales opportunities and enhance customer interactions. Deliver superior customer experiences with exceptional written and verbal communication. Maintain product and technical knowledge through ongoing training and development. Read and understand order forms, measurements, medical terminology, and prosthetic fabrication.
