Role Overview

As an Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales, inventory, and logistics processes. Your focus will be on optimizing inventory levels, improving order accuracy, managing logistics, and enhancing customer satisfaction through efficient operations. Strong communication skills, particularly in Chinese and French, are crucial for collaborating effectively with our overseas teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Operations: Manage and enhance processes that support the sales team, including sales forecasting, order processing, and CRM management, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, procurement, and stock control to maintain optimal alignment with sales forecasts and operational requirements.
  • Logistics Management: Coordinate and manage the logistics of product movement, ensuring timely delivery and efficient transportation processes to meet customer expectations.
  • Operational Efficiency: Streamline workflows, coordinate interdepartmental processes, and ensure that operations from order intake to delivery are efficient and effective.
  • Global Communication: Collaborate with our overseas teams to coordinate inventory, production schedules, logistics, and other operational needs. Proficiency in Chinese is essential for clear and effective communication.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth, aligned operations across all functions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Use data-driven insights to support continuous improvement initiatives that drive company growth and customer satisfaction.
