Overview

WernerCo is seeking a highly analytical HR Analyst to join our growing team. This person will support the WernerCo Total Rewards Strategy, HR Learning, and partner across the Global HR function to bring HR analytics to life.

How you will make an impact

  • Support the Total Rewards strategy by assisting in all compensation activities including annual and ongoing compensation reviews, bonus plan administration, survey participation, and job pricing
  • Partner with HR Directors providing recommendations for offers for new hires, promotions, and other internal moves
  • Analyze and present internal compensation information
  • Support annual performance management process (PMP) as the PMP system administrator
  • Report and present HR metrics
  • Administer employee reward and recognition program
  • Assist HR Directors with HR projects as needed

Support annual benefit enrollment process

Minimum 1-3 years of demonstrated HR professional experience, with experience in total rewards administration and/or analysis
