Job Summary
We are seeking a Security Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will communicate with customers to identify their needs, process requests, escalate complaints, and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great customer service experience with our company. The ideal candidate is friendly, has strong communication skills, and is calm under pressure.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
Provide ongoing support and account management to ensure customer retention
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED
