As a Management and Program Analyst (Budget), you will implement, oversee, and analyze a variety of budgetary and procurement management programs, perform internal controls and audit related activities, and develop and evaluate policies. Coordinates purchasing activities pertaining to simplified acquisitions, contracts, and agency purchase card program. Assists in the planning and execution of OMB Circular No. A-123 reviews to evaluate the proper design and effectiveness of internal controls, reliability of financial reporting, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Analyzes processes to identify key controls, and report on internal control findings that cover the conditions discovered, their cause and effect and recommendations for remedial action.
