Company Overview:
Nationwide IT Services (NIS) is actively seeking a Senior Acquisition Program Analyst with TS-SCI clearance for our STAQSS II contract. This contract is dedicated to supporting the Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition (SAF/AQ).
Objective:
The primary goal is to provide specialized knowledge to enhance the organization's capabilities for effective mission execution, innovation introduction, and technical skill enhancement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the full range of acquisition and sustainment activities necessary for government organizations.
- Assist in the administration of the Scientific Advisory Board (SAB) by:
1. Editing, publishing, and maintaining SAB reports and briefs.
2. Tracking responses and actions from SAB recommendations.
3. Processing documentation for appointments and reappointments.
4. Planning and executing both classified and unclassified board meetings.
5. Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including FACA and DoD Instructions.
- Conduct project management and research analysis, leveraging military or government experience.
- Engage with senior government executives, understanding DoD protocols and conducting comprehensive studies.
- Manage documentation and organization of files, reports, and briefings using Microsoft Office tools.
- Prepare technical documents for publication and presentation, encompassing scientific research topics.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive study schedule, including key dates and personnel contact information.
- Organize and execute meetings and events for large groups related to studies and reviews.
- Handle logistics such as hotel reservations and transportation for events.
- Track security clearance submissions and assist with IT support for meetings.
- Analyze organizational issues and propose effective solutions to enhance studies and reviews.
- Draft various written materials, including reports and briefings for senior military and government organizations.
Qualifications:
- Active Secret Clearance
- Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management and research analysis.
- Ability to travel for conferences and events as required.
Work Experience Substitutions:
- 12 years of relevant experience may substitute for a Master’s degree.
- A Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of relevant experience may also substitute for a Master’s degree.
