Company Overview:
Nationwide IT Services (NIS) is seeking a Senior Acquisition Program Analyst/TS-SCI to support our STAQSS II contract, which provides critical assistance to the Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition (SAF/AQ).

Role Objective:
The primary goal of this position is to deliver specialized knowledge that enhances the organization’s existing capabilities, ensuring effective mission execution, fostering innovation, and improving technical proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collect, assess, and systematically organize documentation, presentations, reports, and other relevant materials utilizing Microsoft Office applications.
  2. Prepare technical documentation for dissemination and presentation, focusing on both fundamental and applied scientific research topics.
  3. Provide editorial and writing assistance to enhance clarity and coherence.
  4. Compile comprehensive reports and actionable recommendations.
  5. Assist in the review and publication process of various documents.
  6. Develop and manage a master schedule for studies, including meetings, critical dates, personnel contacts, and expected deliverables.
  7. Plan, coordinate, and execute meetings and events for diverse groups involved in studies and reviews.
  8. Handle logistics such as hotel bookings, transportation arrangements, and meal organization for participants in various activities.
  9. Manage security clearance information for personnel and monitor its receipt.
  10. Facilitate IT support setup for meetings and events.
  11. Conduct research and analysis on organizational or procedural challenges, proposing viable solutions.
  12. Investigate and report on scientific and technological trends impacting the organization.
  13. Draft various written materials, including briefings, reports, and meeting minutes related to studies and reviews.
  14. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
  15. Support executive officer functions for the analyst role.
  16. Process travel reimbursements through the Defense Travel System (DTS).
  17. Maintain and secure classified information in accordance with government protocols.

Qualifications:
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Master's degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management and research analysis.
  • Work experience may be considered in lieu of degree based on contract stipulations.
  • Willingness to travel up to 6 times a year for one-week durations for conferences and events.

Work Experience Substitutions:
  • 12 years of relevant experience may replace a Master’s degree.
  • A Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years of relevant experience may also substitute for a Master’s degree.
