About the Role

Dandy is looking for a Fulfillment Associate to join our rapidly growing venture-backed company. The person will support our team by completing daily fulfillment operations based in Lehi, Utah. In this role, you'll ensure that orders are picked and shipped out to meet our customer deadlines as we work towards modernizing the dental lab process.

We partner with customers across the country and route thousands of orders to dental practices and dental labs per month. You will ensure that the supply side of our marketplace can keep up with demand by helping our Fulfillment team complete orders safely and efficiently.

The ideal candidate has strong personal accountability for results, a desire for excellence, and comfort operating in a fast-paced warehousing environment.

What You'll Do

  • Work as a Team: Effectively collaborate with other team members to quickly and accurately execute daily operational tasks.
  • Problem Solve: We rely on our team to help identify ways to make our processes best serve our customers safely and efficiently. You'll have the opportunity to identify inefficiencies and help create better processes to fix the issues.
What We're Looking For
  • Ability to be full-time in a warehouse setting on Monday through Friday. You'll have some flexibility in selecting a work shift for 8 hours per day between 7am and 8pm.
  • 1-2 years of experience in distribution, warehousing, or operations at a high growth company.
  • Proven to be self-motivated, self-directed, and eager to take ownership of tasks to ensure a solution.
  • Naturally organized and detail-oriented.
  • Curious and capable of learning new things quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of computers

  • IT or A/V Knowledge

  • Experience training peers and/or creating work instructions for peers
  • IT experience / software / systems troubleshooting
