Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced International Supply Chain Specialist to join our team in Lehi, UT. This role will be responsible for overseeing 3PL warehouse functions, developing relationships with international suppliers, and contributing to international logistics and supply chain strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supply Chain Management
    • Oversee 3PL warehouse functions at international third-party warehouse locations, including inventory, order flow, fulfillment operations, and performance metrics.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with international third-party warehouse suppliers and logistics partners.
  • Logistics and Supply Chain Strategies
    • Contribute to international logistics and supply chain strategies to support global market demands.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
  • Risk Management
    • Analyze and mitigate risks associated with international supply chain operations.

Requirements

  • Experience
    • At least 2-3 years of supply chain management experience, focusing on international operations.
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Skills
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with complex datasets.
    • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
    • Experience with ERP and supply chain management software.
    • Experience in HTS codes and customs compliance.
