Role
As a Product Development Engineer (also known as Product Design Engineer, Packaging Engineer), you will lead the design, development, testing, and execution of products in growth programs. You'll also control and analyze experiments to evaluate changes to current products, lead/support product commercialization projects, and provide guidance to the Quality Department staff. This role is not for beginners and requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with excellent project management skills.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years' work experience (excluding internships).
  • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in chemical or packaging engineering or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of adhesives, barrier properties/technology of materials, and lamination processes. CAD or SolidWorks experience preferred.
  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, etc.
  • Experience with FDA requirements and ISO standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Visio, Teams, and Outlook.
