You will be responsible for: Leading and taking appointments in complex insolvency and restructuring engagements. Growing and mentoring a team of direct reports, ensuring high standards and development. Spotting market opportunities and taking the initiative to expand the business. Managing multi-jurisdictional cases with a focus on contentious and cross-border matters. Taking a hands-on approach in court-driven insolvency processes, with significant motion practice. Key Responsibilities: Serving as the right-hand to the Director, with the potential for succession into the lead role. Taking on and leading high-stakes insolvency cases, often with an international scope. Driving business growth through client development, market analysis, and networking. Overseeing a team and fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and collaboration. The ideal candidate will bring: Significant experience in insolvency and restructuring, ideally with a focus on cross-border engagements. A strong entrepreneurial mindset with a proven ability to spot and develop business opportunities. At least 6 years’ experience in insolvency in a practice environment, with experience leading teams and engagements. Experience of working cross border offshore appointments.
