This is a terrific ground floor opportunityResponsibilitiesCultivate and sustain relationships with vendors to provide for internal office needs, including maintenance of equipment and facilitiesCommunicate with Manager to ensure compliance with office standards, as well as make recommendations for needed repairs and serviceComplete large numbers of requests according to job ticket instructionsProcess high volumes of incoming and outgoing mail.Deliver mail and packages throughout the internal location, following applicable distribution proceduresSet up internal meetings, events, and generate/complete catering requestsMaintain supply locations Relocate furniture and equipment as neededRepair and paint small areasSet up small and large conference rooms as neededQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred) 3+ years of experience in a facilities/office services or operations roleProven ability to work with minimal direction, while being resourceful and independent in solving problemsExcellent computer skills including Word, Excel and OutlookStrong organizational and planning skillsAble to pay attention to detailNever follow, always lead. alliantgroup.
