What You'll Do Represent Company to prospective clients via pitch meetings, site visits and professional events. Work with marketing to target and source clients and align sales messaging with client needs. Align Marketing teams with sales objectives to drive success with project-and-client-specific messaging across both written and verbal client communication. Achieve quarterly goals booking new projects and new accounts for development. Secure project site control via client relationship management, internal design planning and legal negotiation Required Skills and Experience Minimum 3 - 5 years professional experience in goal-carrying, client-facing role targeting the multifamily space (e.g. brokerage, lending, or property management) Exceptional oral and written communication skills with the proven ability to explain complex technical concepts. Demonstrated ability to manage time-sensitive projects with competing deadlines, verticals, and deliverables, ideally within direct sales initiatives.
