YourIMPACT Perform sales activities on behalf of the company through travel, entertainment, and ongoing personal contact including the onboarding process of new customers.Evaluate the service presented to customers to meet the terms outlined in their contracts and coordinate with necessary stakeholders to address any performance and contract terms concerns.Provide and support sales forecasts, and operating budgets and lead the implementation of strategic sales and marketing plans.Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers through regular contact meetings as well as in-person visits to docks/terminals.Resolve customer issues promptly and utilize all areas of organization to improve service and prepare for future challenges.Provide feedback to team regarding market trends and intelligence through regular customer contact and networking at industry events.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and serve as customer advocate to ensure their needs are addressed, but meet the requirements of ACBL best practices.Represent the company at trade shows, conventions, conferences and other events as assigned.What we are looking for...You will need to have:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required.Previous experience in the transportation industry is required.Proficiency in office productivity software such as MS Office.Even better if you have:10+ Years of previous sales and marketing experience within the petrochemical industry is preferred.Knowledgeable of markets & commodities; negotiations, contract language; financial terms, principles, procedures, boat technology, and operations is preferred.FLSA Status:ExemptReasons You Will Love Working at ACBL ...
