Job Description:

As a Regional Sales Director for the Texas region, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration within the multifamily industry. You will leverage your industry knowledge, network, and sales expertise to establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, managers, developers, and real estate professionals. Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals within the Texas region. Identify and prioritize key prospects and opportunities within the multifamily and PropTech sector, leveraging market research and industry insights. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation activities. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with company objectives and customer needs. Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with clients to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats. Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and insights to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement. Act as a brand ambassador for iApartments, representing our values, vision, and offerings with professionalism and integrity at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus. Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the multifamily or PropTech industry, with a minimum of 3 years of experience. Strong understanding of multifamily property management, real estate operations, and technology solutions relevant to the industry. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans, identify market opportunities, and drive results in a competitive environment. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment. Ability to travel within the Texas region and occasionally nationally, as required.
