Key Responsibilities:


  • Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Texas sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the unique needs of the Texas market, driving revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Client Engagement: Cultivate and nurture relationships with key clients in Texas, understanding their logistics challenges and delivering innovative solutions to meet their needs.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in Texas, leveraging insights to inform strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
  • Team Development: Coach, mentor, and develop sales talent within the Texas team, empowering team members to achieve their full potential and exceed performance targets.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights to track sales performance, measure progress against targets, and identify areas for improvement, driving continuous optimization of sales processes and strategies.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the logistics or transportation industry, with a minimum of [X] years of experience.
