General Description

This position is responsible for providing exceptional telephone and online support to assist with resolving the needs of people who contact the Brien Center seeking help and information. This position manages interactions, assists with medication refill requests, referrals, responds to general information inquiries, and performs other administrative duties

Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of prior reception or customer service at the key-holder or supervisory level OR 2-3 years centralized customer service experience required
  • High school diploma or GED required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Office management certification or course-work in related programs preferred
  • Bilingual preferred

Pay is commensurate with experience.
