Twitter . About this role: Ironclad’s customers, large and small, rely on Ironclad’s CLM platform for clarity, speed, and security around their contracts and workflows. We are building the engine that supports our customers whenever they need the critical business intelligence inside their contracts — securely, swiftly, and at scale. This can transform the way legal teams work, allowing complex agreements to be negotiated more quickly and providing access to actionable data that can power the rest of the business. We are looking for a PM to partner with our Stability Taskforce and Security Teams. They will help uplevel all of our product teams and our overall customer experience by improving how we build and maintain our product not just in our code but through business processes. They will collaborate on a strategy for our stability efforts as we continue to grow our team and meet the needs of increasingly large and complex customers. What You Will Be Doing: Become the product expert on our tech stack and on the unique challenges of a scalable CLM platform

Drive alignment & collaboration across product engineering teams on key platform initiatives

Coordinate enthusiastically with non-technical partners across the business to ensure optimal customer & business outcomes

Make hard trade-offs that effectively balance powerful technical architecture with speed of delivery and simplicity of maintenance

Quantify and measure success to inform product prioritization and decision-making

Drive product strategy and roadmap execution for Ironclad’s Stability & Security Roadmaps.

Provide mentorship and leadership within the product team.

Key Skills:

6+ years of product management experience on technical projects and/or platform teams

BA/BS in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, Statistics or demonstrated ability to engage effectively (and drive outcomes) when working with technical teams.

Curiosity and enthusiasm for talking to internal & external users and understanding their world.

Recognized as a collaborative and influential leader; a great partner to all functions.

Strong track record of owning end-to-end technical initiatives and cleanly launching impactful products.

Exceptional product sense and strategic thinking.

Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Base Salary Range: $160k-190k The base salary range represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position based at our San Francisco headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate. Our base salary is just one component of Ironclad’s competitive total rewards package, which also includes equity awards (a new hire grant, along with opportunities for additional awards throughout your tenure), competitive health and wellness benefits, and a commitment to career growth and development.
