- Along with your cross-functional partners, you'll be responsible and involved in all phases of product development, from ideation to launch and continuous iteration
- You'll be scrappy and willing to wear multiple hats to ensure product success, even if this means taking on tasks outside traditional product management roles
- You'll define and track key metrics to measure the success and impact of the Businesses & Organizations products
- Participate in in-person Nextdoor events, trainings, off-sites, volunteer days, and other team building exercises
- Build in-person relationships with team members and contribute to the KIND culture that Nextdoor values
What You'll Bring to the Team
- 10+ years of product management experience, preferably with a focus on products in consumer social or SMBs (and/or the ability to perform at an advanced level in the domain)
- Strong understanding of user experience design and usability principles, combined with the creativity to define game-changing and inspirational products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (engineering, design & research, data science, product marketing, etc.)
- Strong analytical thinker, able to interpret data, thoroughly analyze results, and drive to critical outcomes and success
- Comfortable working on technical products, with a readiness to dive into technical details and product architecture with engineering
