**Who We Are**

We're searching for a Product Operations Manager to join our Aurora Services team.

**In this role, you will**
- Develop and implement a robust release management process.
- Work with engineering teams to ensure quality assurance and smooth deployment of new features.
- Track and communicate release progress to stakeholders and manage post-release support.
- Partner with product managers to define, manage, and communicate a clear roadmap to the organization.
- Track progress against the roadmap, and raise risks and adjust timelines as needed.
- Identify and analyze current product development processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement new processes and tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Continuously monitor and refine product development processes based on data and feedback.
- Develop a feedback loop for our technology so that we continually understand how well our products are working for our customers.
- Analyze user feedback to identify pain points, opportunities, and areas for product improvement.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate user feedback into actionable product requirements.

**Required Qualifications**
- 5+ years in product operations, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing commercially successful software products.
- Proven experience in managing the planning, scheduling, testing, deployment, and training of complex software releases that have high numbers of dependencies.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, computer science, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing product roadmaps and releases.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and process improvement methodologies.
- Experience shipping products to enterprise-sized customers.
- Solid leadership experience with cross-functional teams in service of a large workstream.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Clear, concise style of communication.

**Desirable Qualifications**
- Experience in the AV, logistics and/or supply chain industries.
- Experience working in combination software/hardware environments.
- High level of comfort working in ambiguity. Must be able to define the unknown, create structure and manage change.
- Passion for self-driving technology and its potential to revolutionize the transportation industry.
