The 'right' person is a proactive, results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.This is an opportunity to join an established organization as we embark on our next phase of growth Business Development Manager Responsibilities: Build a network of SMB clients through research and targeted prospecting Develop and execute strategic plans to engage with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations Nurture relationships with clients through discovery to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, presentations and other materials to support sales efforts Manage the sales process from lead generation to close, ensuring timely follow-up and effective communication throughout Consistently surpass sales targets and performance metrics, such as making 60 or more calls daily, to continually propel revenue and personal growth Business Development Manager Requirements: Entrepreneurial/ winning mindset is required 2+ years of sales/business development experience in a heavy call-based environment OR experience selling a service Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance goals Strong interpersonal and communication skills Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities Bachelor's degree is preferred Onsite (flexible) work environment First year target OTE = $100,000 Our goal is to triple in revenue in the next 3-5 years.
