Digital Analytics Manager

You will be responsible for:

Your impact:

Experienced analytics professional, who must have prior Pharma commercial analytics experience in Digital marketing, campaign management and brand performance analytics domains with proficiency.

Gather customer requirements via workshops, questionnaires, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.

Candidate should be able to leverage various technology platforms Advanced Excel, Python, Dataiku, Matillion & SQL, understand the business processes and be able to analyze issues and challenges, define possible solutions and dependencies and define a solution

Deliver various types of analytics projects, like Brand Performance indicator KPI reports, ad-hoc analytics for delivering complex business operations projects, depending on the needs of the client

Proactively communicate, internally and externally with senior stakeholders within the team, ensuring that any issues / concerns are handled in a timely manner

Candidate should be a self starter and be open to new learnings

Have good understanding of pharmaceutical datasets and be a champion within the team

About you:

8-10 years of experience in Data Analytics focusing on Digital Marketing.

Proficiency in Digital marketing channels data required

Understanding of Lifesciences commercial data like - Sales, Call, Engagement, Alignment, Target, etc is required

Sound understanding of data engineering and warehousing design and implementation

Should have strong analytical skills, structured thinking and good business communication skills to engage technical and business users

Strong verbal and written communication skills a must

Must have: Digital Marketing, Data Engineering, SQL

Nice to have: Google Analytics, Paid Media
