About the Role

As a Junior Growth Marketing Manager, you will

- Retain and scale client business.

- Manage performance marketing campaigns based on client needs.

- Stay updated with the latest trends in performance marketing and independently learn new tools and tactics.

What you will do

- Execute strategies and tactics set by senior growth marketers to turn insights into actions.

- Participate in strategy exercises and prepare for client meetings.

- Structure and optimize campaigns to generate learnings and achieve client goals.

- Identify opportunities to add business value, such as introducing new creatives, revising landing pages, testing new channels, and more.

- Understand client businesses and engage with their products.

- Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to transform performance marketing data into visual insights.

- Continuously test new features, channels, and partnership opportunities to stay current with the marketing landscape.

- Collaborate with marketing designers on the production of creatives and campaign materials.

- Support with creating efficient media plans and budgets to effectively spend client budgets.

- Structure, launch, optimize, and iterate campaigns on platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google (Search and App Campaigns), Apple Search Ads, Snapchat, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok, and more.

- Report on campaign performance, opportunities to scale marketing efforts, and provide actionable insights to client teams.

- Track campaign changes and link performance fluctuations to them.

- Gather insights on creative performance to share with performance marketers and marketing designers.

Your background

- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, product marketing, business development, or a similar field.

- Some hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms such as Facebook ads, Google ads, and an understanding of digital marketing analytics tools.

- Experience working with spreadsheets, structuring, and analyzing data.

- Creative skills are a bonus
