Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Perform financial reporting, ad-hoc business analyses, and financial modeling
  • Will lead the strategic, analytical, reporting and have the ability to effectively use ERP systems
  • Facilitate financial review meetings with business groups and work with Senior Leadership and business managers to ensure effective finance and cost management
  • Work closely with the business managers to drive down inefficient costs and optimize for long term free cashflows
  • Manage the financial planning and analysis effort, using the key input levers to the business.
  • Present recommendations to senior management on strategic decisions, and planned future initiatives
  • Establish and maintain operating and business metrics
  • Facilitate the Business reviews with data analysis and follow through with business leaders on actionable items for improving business metrics over a period of time
Education/Experience/Other Skills & Abilities:
  • BS in Accounting or related field; MBA or CPA is a plus
  • 7-10 years of progressive financial analysis experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Previous financial modeling development/enhancement experience required
  • Prior experience with Government/Defense Contractor, a plus
  • Proficient or working knowledge with OneStream and SAP required
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced and continually evolving business environment
