This Hospital Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring qualified healthcare professionals, including nurses, physicians, allied health professionals, and administrative staff. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of healthcare recruitment practices, and the ability to attract top talent to our organization.
Requirements
There are a few qualification requirements in order to be considered for this opportunity which may include, but are not limited to:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in healthcare or hospital setting.
Knowledge of healthcare roles, licensure requirements, and industry trends.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple recruitment projects, and meet deadlines.
