Role SummaryThe Senior Recruiter position is essential for sourcing talent for both clinical and administrative roles.
This role reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager for Clinical positions and requires partial on-site presence.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct interviews to assess candidates against position requirements while providing insights about our organization, compensation structure, role specifics, and expectations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to formulate and implement sourcing and closing strategies for clinical, administrative, and technical roles.
- Identify both passive and active candidates for talent pipelines, with an emphasis on fostering diversity.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout all stages of the recruitment process.
- Engage in both in-person and virtual recruitment initiatives, including college recruiting, industry conferences, and career fairs.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation regarding candidates' qualifications and statuses in compliance with established guidelines.
- Continuously assess the effectiveness of current recruitment programs and processes, providing recommendations for enhancements.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 5+ years of experience in candidate sourcing and full lifecycle recruiting.
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple recruitment efforts.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management skills.
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates.
- Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
- High level of initiative; capable of working independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Knowledge of State and Federal employment regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in clinical healthcare recruiting is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree.
- HR Certification.
- A blend of agency and in-house recruiting experience.

The annual base salary range for this position is between $93,101 and $139,630, with compensation determined by experience and qualifications.
