Job Title: University Recruiter

Pay: $38.00 – 41.00/hour (based upon experience)

Duration: 6-months with possibility of extension/conversion

Schedule: Monday – Friday // 40hrs/week

Location: HYBRID (3 days onsite; 2 days remote) in Seattle, WA


We are seeking University Recruiters to join our client’s team. This role is focused on recruiting top talent for their summer FY2025 internship program, including undergraduate, graduate, and PhD students. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from end to end, including generating and reviewing applications, conducting interviews, making offers, and onboarding new interns. You will work with the team responsible for all student recruiting across the U.S. and Canada, supporting various lines of corporate tech and non-tech business.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Recruit, interview, and check references for prospective interns.
  • Manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring smooth communication and timely responses.
  • Monitor candidate responses within inbox.
  • Process offers and assist with onboarding.
  • Conduct exit interviews and process changes in employee status.
  • Participate in team meetings and daily stand-ups to ensure recruitment goals are met.
  • Collaborate with multiple business lines and teams to support their student recruitment needs.
  • Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (APS) to manage the recruitment process.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related area.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (APS).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
