As a result of our ongoing growth and accomplishments, we are looking to add a technical paid search and social media professional to join our team as a Paid Advertising Strategist (PAS). Reporting to the Manager of Paid Advertising, the PAS is responsible for the paid search and paid social media campaign management of assigned client accounts, including all aspects of account ownership such as optimizations, account maintenance, client onboarding/offboarding, and audits. The PAS is expected to implement Reunion Marketing’s strategy and best practices while also creating, testing, and reporting innovative new account strategies. This position requires clear, detailed, and timely communication of assigned account performance to key stakeholders. Reunion Marketing manages ad accounts through Fluency so experience with this platform or another automation platform is a plus, but isn't required. The PAS role will consist of a combination of the following functions: ● Building and optimizing paid search campaigns, including keyword generation, bid management, budget management, and reporting ● Building and optimizing paid social media campaigns, budget management, and reporting ● Setting campaign goals, tracking performance, and making changes to support the overall objectives ● Analyzing campaign data and deriving insights to improve the performance of search and social accounts ● Creating and providing reports of campaign results to both internal and external teams ● Working with other internal teams to ensure a cohesive strategy ● Monitoring campaign spend levels on a daily and monthly budget These are the qualities we value most in a new Paid Advertising Strategist: ● Strategic Thinker ● Ability to see the big picture ● Adept at managing multiple priorities and to-dos ● Innate ability to know the audience ● Analytical ● Adaptable ● Collaborative ● Effective communicator ● Success-driven ● Passionate ● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment ● Enthusiastic ● Strong desire to learn and develop professionally While we do believe in capabilities and potential, we are seeking candidates who bring a combination of the following to the table: ● Bachelor’s degree ● 1+ years of experience in Digital Marketing ● 1+ years of direct experience with Paid Search platforms (e.g., Google, Bing, Waze, etc.) ● 1+ years of direct experience with Paid Social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

● Google Analytics and AdWords Certifications is a plus ● Experience with Fluency is a plus.
