The Director of Catering is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the catering department, including sales, marketing, event planning, and execution. The Director of Catering will work closely with clients to ensure their events are successful and meet their expectations. This position requires a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a team.

Responsibilities:
