Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement daily programming and activities that promote socialization, cognitive stimulation, and overall well-being among residents.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Life Enrichment to create a comprehensive activity calendar that meets the individualized needs of our residents.
  • Brainstorm and plan event ideas that align with the interests and preferences of our residents, utilizing tools such as Partnership Profiles.
  • Set up and break down necessary materials and equipment for programs and events.
  • Assist in planning and executing resident outings and excursions.
  • Track resident attendance and participation in programs and activities.
  • Communicate with the Director of Life Enrichment regarding activity supplies and resources.
  • Utilize the Partnership Profile to develop programs that cater to the interests and needs of our residents.
  • Involve associates in programs and activities to enhance their engagement and participation.
  • Provide information to the Director of Life Enrichment regarding resident engagement and participation to inform personalized care plans.
  • Maintain communication with family members regarding resident participation in programs and activities.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
