Dealership Customer Service Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and dealership efficiency. This role involves proactive communication with customers, follow-up on leads,

assisting

with social media, and

maintaining

accurate

records. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for

powersports

. RESPONSIBILITIES: Thank You Follow-Up Calls:

Make

2–

3 day

follow-up calls to customers to ensure satisfaction, confirm appointments, and address any concerns Lead Follow-Up:

Follow up on leads to set appointments after 7-

10 days

of

initial

contact, addressing any questions or concerns and setting appointments for sales opportunities Post-Sale and Service Follow-Up:

Call customers after a sale or service appointment to ensure satisfaction, inform them about incoming surveys, and stress the importance of a perfect survey Social Media Assistance:

Help with creating and posting content on Facebook and Instagram to promote dealership events and products Inventory Management:

Assist

with entering inventory and perform audits to verify accuracy in
