**About the Role**

As the Sr. Human Resources Managerin our growing, fast paced company, you will play a crucial role as the **HR business partner** to our **semiconductor leadership teams** and **HR team** reporting to you to ensure strategic alignment with Watlow enterprise goals. You will manage HR initiatives and team members for our semiconductor sites in Columbia, MO and San Jose/Santa Clara, CA. The Sr. Human Resources Manager is an interactive, collaborative partner working onsite with your HR team and the leadership teams for the locations you support.

Working within our constructive culture as the Sr. Human Resources Manager you will advance and develop your autonomy, mastery and purpose, through coaching and leadership provided by your team leader.

In the role of Sr. Human Resources Manager you would be located at our Columbia, MO Manufacturing Center of Excellence.

**Your Key Responsibilities**

* Participate as a contributor and HR business partner on the semiconductor and HR global leadership teams.

* Provide coaching and guidance to your HR teams at San Jose/Santa Clara, Columbia and our end-user segment. Encourage their professional growth and development.

* Provide support to the semiconductor business unit and assigned manufacturing sites and personnel concerning HR and management policies, procedures and practices to 500+ team members

* Develop/foster open communication systems to sustain a climate of trust, respect, teamwork and cohesiveness.

* Function as a project manager for various HR initiatives requiring coordination across the business unit and site responsibility.

* Implement HR programs that support highly productive and motivating organization culture and management system.

* Manage HR strategic initiatives and budget for areas of responsibility

* Coaches, develops, challenges, and recognizes team members for organizational success.

* Lead and participate in workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.

**Required Qualifications**

* Bachelors degree

* 7 -10 years of HR leadership experience

* Experience managing HR team members and partnering with leadership teams in multiple locations.

* Strong business acumen and demonstrated strategic leadership success guiding and coaching the HR function at multi-site locations.

* A demonstrated ability to influence through relationship building.

* Understanding and ability to use continuous improvement tools and techniques is required.

* Willing to travel 35% or more of the time.

**Desired Qualifications**

* HR leadership/managing an HR team in a manufacturing environment, preferred

* Advanced degree or PHR/SPHR, a plus
