Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage our marketing department across multiple highly competitive brands.

• Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.

• Oversee all aspects of brand development, particularly within the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) sector, with a focus on adult beverages.

• Manage profit & loss (P&L) responsibilities, ensuring budget adherence and financial efficiency.

• Coordinate and lead creative, paid media, and public relations (PR) agencies to execute comprehensive marketing strategies.

• Supervise the management of retail products, including creative design, packaging, bottling, shipping, inventory tracking, and distribution.

• Utilize strong analytical skills to conduct qualitative and quantitative research, providing insights into brand health, consumer behavior, and product portfolio performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing a marketing department in a highly competitive market.

• Over 10 years of progressive experience in brand development within CPG, specifically adult beverages.

• Demonstrated experience in management and P&L oversight.

• Proven expertise in leading and managing creative, paid media, and PR agencies.

• Extensive experience with retail product management, from creative inception to distribution.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills for developing and executing effective marketing strategies.

• Proven track record in budget and project management.

• Willingness to travel within the Southeast region.
