This role will collaborate across an internal matrixed organization and with client teams to identify and execute effective work to drive awareness, advocacy, acquisition, usage, and retention of our multiple protection products across multiple client business units and sales channels. This

role will be responsible for the marketing plan, execution, and results in partnership with key cross-functional stakeholders driving prioritization and ensuring alignment with client and Asurion objectives. Within Marketing, this lead will collaborate closely with Asurion digital and product marketing, customer research and insights, marketing analytics and our in-house creative agency team. The individual will also work closely with Asurion sales, legal and product organizations and with multiple client teams aligned to specific lines of business within the partner. What you’ll do: Set the marketing vision for the account; demonstrate ability to think abstractly about ways to address client needs and unique characteristics, including aspects which may be difficult to articulate but provide significant differentiation. Proactively drive a strategic marketing plan by bringing the roadmap to life for the client using effective storytelling. Cultivate relationships with client partners. Lead planning and development of strategic and tactical marketing campaigns across brands and protection portfolio. Ensure marketing excellence as the team develops messaging strategies, value propositions and marketing materials directed at end-user consumers. Drive the marketing plan and growth strategies for multiple sales channels. Partner with Client Services teams to analyze the performance of Asurion field marketing activities; develop and share insights which drive growth. Support new customer growth opportunities and provide forecasting input for client partners and Asurion. Serve as a thought leader, advisor, and problem solver in evaluating performance trends and recommending action plans to improve results – develops and provides a macro view of the industry, client, and Asurion and merges perspectives into findings. Lead, inspire, and manage a team of marketers to think creatively and execute a complex array of strategies and tactics to a high standard. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability to drive results and achieve shared objectives. Oversee and drive the team in use of data and consumer insights to inform marketing priorities and to influence partners to implement marketing plans. Act as a steward for the customer by sharing insights that influence client and Asurion partner actions to improve outcomes. What we look for: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or product management with 10+ years of relevant experience. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving business objectives;

Uses seasoned judgment and breadth of information sources and relationships to anticipate longer‐term account opportunities or threats; provides input into key decisions by conducting and using comprehensive evaluations to maximize value and ROI. Proven track record driving marketing strategies and results across the customer lifecycle including acquisition, onboarding, customer engagement, cross-sell, upsell and customer retention. Exhibits intellectual curiosity, continually seeks and builds knowledge of industry, market, and customer/account dynamics; takes the time to consider and think through implications for marketing approach and the business direction. Executive presence to deliver engaging and compelling presentations to senior leadership and external clients.

Effective selling in ideas for implementation. Passion for customer-centricity, innovation, and continuous improvement. Experience working with creative teams to deliver highest quality marketing campaigns and materials that educate and drive advocacy across a diverse audience of sales makers, channel leaders and consumers. Excellent facilitation, communication, and collaboration skills; ability to work effectively across a highly matrixed organization. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset to derive actionable insights from customer data. Strong understanding of the mobile and retail industries of Asurion’s partners, including deep knowledge of consumer protection and support needs. Background in consumer service or subscription-based industry helpful. Location Role is based in Nashville, Tennessee. 5-10% annual travel as needed to support clients. Why Asurion?
