About the Job:
* Conduct research on federal, state, local, and private grants for application.
* Support grants management process throughout grant lifecycle, including budget preparation, financial document creation, and reporting to project managers and funding agencies.
* Develop implementation tools for staff to effectively manage grants and gift agreements, collaborating with various departments.
* Serve as the grants subject matter expert, staying updated on regulatory requirements and creating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policies for grants processes.
* Oversee grant details and compliance post-award, including expenditure tracking, team time allocations, and deadline management for deliverables, working closely with multiple teams.
About You:
* A bachelor's degree is preferred; an associates degree is required.
* 3+ years of hands-on grants management and reporting experience is required.
* Demonstrate a determined attitude, efficiently diving into tasks to get things done within a fast-paced environment.
* Extremely tech-savvy with experience using Salesforce, Agiloft, Raiser's Edge, etc.
About the Position:
* $75K-$80K, depending on experience.
* 2-3 days/week onsite in Upper Marlboro, MD.
* Free on-site parking is provided.
