Customer Service Representatives

are amazing communicators who assist our clients by offering solutions and identifying opportunities. The right candidate will be able to multitask well, jump in and handle inbound/outbound calls, provide 1st class customer service, book service appointments, educate, as well as upsell clients on various services, and get the job dispatched to the appropriate team member in a timely fashion.

The Ideal Candidate: Sales-minded, goal-oriented person with a focus on achieving success Experience working in Service Titan is a Huge Plus 1+ years Customer Service in a call center environment, Sales, or Collections experience Teamwork mentality Able to set priorities and schedule daily duties Ability to work independently with only general guidance as well as work closely with other associates Ability to interpret, analyze, and problem solve complex work situations Requires high level of tact and integrity Able to follow directions and complete duties with speed and high accuracy
