Help clients understand creative concepts and their alignment with the creative brief. Capture and structure client feedback to refine deliverables. Gather client feedback post-project for continuous improvement. Portfolio Management Manage client portfolios with annual revenues of $150K. Schedule and lead kickoff, concept, status, and other client meetings. Financial Management Handle client estimates, budgets, and billing. Develop and implement quarterly financial sales goals and plans.

QUALIFICATIONS Skills and Competencies Strong leadership, project management, strategic, and analytical skills. Ability to operate authoritatively, independently, and effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent collaborative skills with internal teams and external vendors. Superior communication, negotiating, and leadership skills. Education Bachelor's Degree in Communication or Marketing preferred. Experience Minimum of 5 years in a role that combines agency and corporate experience. Senior-level account management, problem-solving, and technical expertise. Exceptional written and oral communication skills with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in Office 365 applications and project management systems.
