Responsibilities:
Arcfield acquires both company-owned inventory and Government-acquired property in the performance of Federal Government contracts, and we are looking for an experienced Logistics and Property Analyst to support Logistics and Property Management across Corporate and business operations. The right candidate will demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and experience with government property management, logistics, and related inventory systems to apply accurate and compliant tracking and administration of our internal shipping/logistics program and property management activities.

Working under only general direction, this role will provide support to the Logistics & Property Program Manager in planning, administrating, managing, maintaining, and monitoring Logistics and Property Management activities and deliverables, including:

Upkeep and maintenance of Warehouse Operations

Administration of FedEx and shipping services

Maintenance of Logistics / Inventory Management Tools

Shipping, receiving, and deploying materials and equipment

Material handling to ensure compliance with established customer procedures and company policy.

Administration of the Property Management System and related activities to ensure continual accountability of company, government, or associate contractor, property, and assets in accordance with applicable corporate policy or government regulations.

Review, maintenance, and compliance with Logistics and Property Management Standard Operating Procedures which detail the specifics of proper asset management and inventory control.

Identify issues relating to Logistics and Property Management and implement corrective actions

Ensure compliance with all published warehouse safety and OSHA requirements as they relate to warehouse operations and personal safety.

Liaising and coordinating with program / functional managers, receivers, property custodians, and end-users across the company to communicate, enforce, and facilitate end-to-end control of company and government property and full compliance with the Logistics and Property Management program

Receipt, control, tracking, movement, and disposal of property and maintenance of required inventory, documentation, and records

Planning and performance of physical inventory

Assisting with internal and external audits

Responding to inquiries and providing support and guidance relating to Logistics and Property Management

Researching, compiling, and analyzing data

Developing and maintaining reports

As required, performing management specialist activities in support of local facilities operations

Qualifications:
Experience in property accountability or management; logistics management; warehouse management; or technical or business analysis discipline; with at least 5 years of hands-on and relevant experience.

Material handling experience

Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a very high level of attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage, interact, and coordinate efficiently and effectively with multiple stakeholders across the company.

Computer competency and proficiency in property inventory / logistics systems and Microsoft office products

Ability to work independently and operate effectively under limited direct supervision.

A current, valid U.S driver’s license

Ability to operate forklifts, dollies, and carts safely and efficiently.

Occasional travel required.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI w/ Poly.

BS 2-4 Years, MS 0-2 or HS 8-10
